Growing up next to Fort Hood, one of the largest military installations in the country, diversity was the norm and communication was key. This inspired Zac to take his “people skills” to the next level: public relations.
Graduating from the University of North Texas in December 2014, Zac took his time diving into the advertising/PR world. He chose instead to finish out the school year tutoring students in the AVID program for Lewisville Independent School District, something he did all four years of college.
When it finally came time to find a career, Zac interned with Laurey Peat + Associates, a PR firm in downtown Dallas, where he wrote press releases, media advisories and social media plans. His clients included SMU’s Meadows Museum, Southwestern Medical Foundation, Communities Foundation of Texas and more.
Following his stint at LP+A, Zac hit the streets, fundraising for The Nature Conservancy door-to-door. Now he has shifted his focus to ensuring our clients receive the best quality media at Miller Ad Agency. Through invoice reconciliation and negotiation, he makes sure that we hold our vendors to the highest standards.
