Account Executive

Job Description

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
  • Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
  • Presenting, alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
  • Working with media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;

Junior Media Buyer

Job Description

This role works with the media managers with media research, phone calls and necessary paperwork for orders and billing.

In addition, the junior media buyer/planner will be responsible for performing various billing functions and data processing including but not limited to:

  • Processing and entering account payment information and adjustments into ad billing software.
  • Working closely with accounting and business office team to ensure all bills pursuant to billing cycle are mailed or emailed in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitoring billings for accuracy and communicate with media vendors to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual item.
  • Generating and reviewing accounts payable/receivable reports for accuracy as needed.

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized and attentive to details.
  • Knowledge of media concepts and research tools.
  • Math skills.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Organized and attentive to detail.
  • Hard working, energetic and flexible; able to handle multiple priorities, constant change and last minute requests.

Computer Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Media Buying programs (experience with Strata Media Software and traditional media planning/buying (i.e. – broadcast, print, out-of- home)

Graphic Designer

Job Requirements

1 to 3 years of professional design experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required; additional knowledge in other Adobe suite programs is a plus. Any type of automotive experience is welcome, but not a requirement. Minimal understanding of HTML & CSS required. Sketching and drawing skills encouraged.
